Subscription Past Due

Addressing billing issues with your Aptakube subscription

If we were unable to charge your credit card for your Aptakube subscription, your subscription will be marked as past due. You will receive an email notification about this and you will have a few days to update your payment information.

Why did the payment fail?

There are various reasons why a payment might fail, and unfortunately we don't have access to the specific reason. However, here are some common reasons why a payment might fail:

  1. Your debit/credit card has expired;
  2. Your debit/credit card has insufficient funds;
  3. You may have locked your card to avoid fraud, but forgot to unlock it;
  4. Your bank has blocked the transaction;

How to resolve the issue?

The best option is to update your payment information, which will automatically retry the payment with the new information. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Open the Aptakube License Manager;
  2. Log in with your email;
  3. Find the subscription that is past due and click on "Update Payment Method";

What happens if I don't update my payment information?

If you don't update your payment information within a few days, your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will lose access to Aptakube.

If your subscription is cancelled and you want to continue using Aptakube, you will need to sign up for a new subscription or purchase a perpetual license.
