TLDR: We respect your privacy. We build desktop applications and mobile apps that run on your devices. These applications do NOT have any cloud features, it does not transfer any of your data to a web service or similar. You do not need to trust us with your data because we don't have your data.

We collect minimal personal information required for billing, as well as some anonymous statistical information, all described below.

Billing and Payment

We use Paddle.com as our billing partner and Merchant of Record for all our orders. During the checkout process, they collect your email address and credit card information. Here's their Privacy Policy.

Your email address is shared with us for fulfillment and license management. We do not share or sell your email address.

Website Analytics

We use the open source and privacy-friendly Plausible.io to collect anonymous statistics about visits to our website. Here's their Privacy Policy.

Desktop App Analytics

We use the open source and privacy-friendly Aptabase (operated by the same company behind Aptakube) to collect anonymous statistics about app usage. Here's their Privacy Policy. The statistics are used to test and optimize Aptakube for the most popular operating systems and versions.

Aptakube also uses a web service to check for updates, perform license validation and trial activation. During this process, the following information is sent to our servers:

Retention of data
