- Is Aptakube free?
Yes. Aptakube is free to use on clusters with up to 5 nodes, with all features included and no time limit.
To use Aptakube on clusters with more than 5 nodes, you'll need a Personal or Team subscription.
- What is a Subscription License?
When you buy a Subscription License, you will receive a license key that remains valid for as long as the subscription is active.
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, and your license key will remain valid until the end of the current subscription period. You can resubscribe at any time to continue using Aptakube.
- How many devices can I use Aptakube on?
A Personal subscription is licensed to a single user on up to 2 devices.
A Team subscription covers 1 device per seat, so a team of 5 people with one computer each needs 5 seats.
- What counts as a device?
- Any desktop or laptop computer where Aptakube is installed and actively used.
- Can I extend my Team License to more devices?
- Yes, you'll be able to extend team licenses to additional devices at any time.
- Do you accept Purchase Orders / Invoice Payment?
Yes — we accept Purchase Orders and invoice payments in some conditions. Please refer to our Purchase Order Policy.
- What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@aptakube.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. We do however appreciate your feedback for further app improvement.
